Superfood Oatmeal
I've been eating this for breakfast every day lately. So filling and nourishing.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 Chopped dates
- 1/2 cup blueberries I do frozen (cheaper!)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 3 tbsp Collagen powder
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- Cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Put oats and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Throw in a pinch of salt.1/2 cup Oats, 1 cup water, 1 pinch salt
- Let oats start to bubble, which takes a couple minutes, and dump in all the other ingredients. Stir to combine and then let simmer until all the liquid is absorbed. If they turn out too dry, add a splash of milk at the end.1-2 Chopped dates, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp Chia seeds, 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts, 3 tbsp Collagen powder, 1 tbsp Almond butter, Cinnamon
