- 2 tbsp Mustard Trader joes has a good garlic aioli mustard sauce that I like to use for this
- 1 bag baby potatoes
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Wash your potatoes and chop into small pieces. Throw in a bowl and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.1 bag baby potatoes, salt and pepper, paprika, olive oil, garlic powder
- Prep your onions. Cut your onion into slices. Heat a pan on the stove on medium and pour in one tbsp of oil.1/2 Yellow onion, sliced
- Pour the potatoes onto a lines baking sheet and cook in the oven until crispy, about 15 minutes. This depends on how small you cut them though, so check in periodically, and it could take longer than 15. Halfway through, stir them around so that the sides brown evenly.
- Once potatoes go in, dump your onions into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir often.
- While potatoes and onion are cooking, chop up your sausages into slices.1 pack Sausages
- Once the onions have softened, take them out of the pan and place on a plate. Up the heat to medium high, and throw your sausages in the pan. These should be full cooked already, so this is just to heat and brown them.
- Pull your potatoes out of the oven and set aside until sausages are finished.
- Plate your grilled onions, sausage, and potatoes, and top with mustard (or a diff condiment if you prefer)2 tbsp Mustard
