Healthy veggie packed pasta that comes together very quickly in the blender

Ingredients
- 1 cup pasta
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/3 cup peas
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Instructions
- Cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water before draining.1 cup pasta
- In a blender, combine the cashews, spinach, peas, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, milk, salt, pepper, and spices.1/2 cup spinach, 1/3 cup peas, 1/4 cup cashews, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 lemon juiced, salt and pepper, paprika
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add more milk or the reserved pasta water
- Pour the sauce into a pan and heat it over medium-low, adding the reserved pasta water if needed for thinning. Combine the cooked pasta with the blended sauce, tossing well until coated evenly.
