Green Goddess Shrimp Rolls
Think lobster roll… except budget version.
Ingredients
- 10 oz Frozen shrimp
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 3 green onions, chopped.
- Green goddess seasoning (trader joes)
- 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
- 4 Brioche hot dog rolls
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix your mayo, lemon juice, green onion, green goddess seasoning, and salt and pepper. Set into fridge while you cook the shrimp.1/4 cup Mayo, 3 green onions, chopped., Green goddess seasoning (trader joes), 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
- Thaw your shrimp. Once thawed, heat a pan over medium and melt your butter in the pan. Add shrimp into pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side or until cooked through. Once cooked, remove from pan and chop a little so the pieces are smaller.10 oz Frozen shrimp, 2 tbsp Butter
- Mix your shrimp into the mayo mixture. Put back in the fridge.
- Grill your hotdog buns slightly, make sure to not burn! Fill the buns with your shrimp mixture and enjoy.4 Brioche hot dog rolls

This feeds two if you want two stuffed rolls each, otherwise it is 4.
