Avocado Cottage Cheese Toast

This toast is so quick and easy, but also healthy. I love it for a quick lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Sourdough
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the avocado and peas. Then add in the cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder. Set aside
  • Toast your sourdough. Top with your mixture and crack some pepper on top.
