Avocado Cottage Cheese Toast
This toast is so quick and easy, but also healthy. I love it for a quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 slices Sourdough
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Frozen peas, defrosted
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/4 Lemon
- Garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and peas. Then add in the cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder. Set aside
- Toast your sourdough. Top with your mixture and crack some pepper on top.
