Healthy Berry Breakfast Crumble
Ever want dessert for breakfast? This recipe is healthy and high protein, but tastes like a treat. Think cobbler- esque.
Equipment
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen berries Also could be any frozen fruit
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 scoop protein powder Can be skipped if you don't have
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour frozen berries and lemon juice in a bowl and microwave until thawed and warm. About 2 minutes.1 cup Frozen berries, 1 tsp Lemon juice
- While the berries are heating, mix together oats, protein powder, and honey. Also add in a dash of water and mix. You want this to be a little clumpy.1/2 cup Oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp honey
- Once berries are warm, pour the crumble mixture on top and microwave for another minute or so.
- Once done, top with greek yogurt, cinnamon, and additional honey if you'd like.1/3 cup greek yogurt, Cinnamon

This recipe could be used for any type of frozen fruit! I typically do with berries, but would also be great with frozen peaches, cherries, etc.
