Caramelized Banana Scrambled Oats with Greek Yogurt
A yummy, comforting breakfast. If you can't tell, I've really been on a dessert-for-breakfast wave.

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/3 cup oats
- cinnamon
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat. Add coconut oil into the pan and let warm.1 tbsp coconut oil
- Once oil is hot, drop bananas into the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon and toss around. Let them be for several minutes before flipping, so that they get a nice crust1 Banana
- Once bananas are getting nice and carmelized, add oats and maple syrup into the pan and mix around.
- Let it all get nice and caramelized and sticky together and then dump over a bowl of greek yogurt. If you're using plain yogurt, feel free to top with honey.
